Welcome
to the 2008 Grass Drags!
Here are a few things to know when coming to the event…
• The vendor gate is directly across from the vendor parking
lot.
• All delivery vehicles are to be removed from the vendor areas
by 2PM Friday
• Reminder: There is NO overnight camping allowed in the vendor
area per order of the
police dept. Camping is available
on site by reservation. Please see the camping information page.
• If you need hay bales please contact me ASAP with quantity.
• ONLY use #12 commercial grade extension cords for your tent
hookup.
• Generators can only be used with permission; however if you
have one, you should bring
it in case of emergency.
·• You should reserve your tent now ~ Only Avalon Enterprises,
Inc is allowed to rent tents
for the Races. Call them at 1-800-896-8939.
